To provide expertise and resources to communities in Sub-Saharan Africa, hence enabling these communities to develop solutions to the health problems that are presently threatening to cause a significant humanitarian crisis across the continent. To work with these communities in full and equal partnership and ensure that the solutions are efficient and sustainable. Through this partnership, to see an immediate, significant and sustainable decrease in the incidence of these diseases. Although we are primarily concerned with reversing the dramatic rise in chronic, non-communicable diseases, we recognize the urgency in decreasing the infectious disease burden, especially in the infant population.
